Haiku No 36

Piercing winds whistle
Hailstones clobber window panes
Cat stretches and purrs

Hi Deirdre. I feel like leaving the Haiku alone when I read yours. Like the way that you show the independence of the cat, not caring what weather does. I can write 20 lines of verse while writing 1 Haiku. Another gifted write from you, (as expected now) Eamon

Deirdre, this is beautiful. I have two cats and love them. They make great images within haiku:))) I feel that wind there in Tramore - we have had such strange weather recently, wonderful haiku:)))
