Haiku Dazzle

Morning light
Gloom disintegrates;
Sun shines cheer

Old man ponders
By giant rubber tree;
Mental exercise

Saturday newspapers
Newsy explorations;
Second hand images

Food court menu
This and that and this;
Choosy choices

Look past anger
To familiar ties;
Forgive not forget

There is a storm
Across the skyline;
Weather forecast

Rain comes
Sudden wetness;
Lightning flashes

By and by
We sit here;
Waiting something

Twin hearts gaze
Quiet companions;
On this park bench

One by one
People pass;
Curious looks
