Haiku- Dawn Quaternion
weed covers the pond-
a crested grebe
dives for treasure
a puffed up firecrest
alights upon
our smoke tree
a dawn delicacy-
the mistlethrush's
everyday grub
out of the nest-
the fledgling hopes
mother finds a worm
