Haiku Challenge

(Sake and Noritake series)

DRINK IN A BOWL

Sake highlighted
imprinted upon a mind...
composure in art

DRINK OF WISDOM

Wry wisdom from rice...
the land of the rising sun
fluorescent pomp

CAPTURED

Artistry enhanced
nature captured in a bowl
taste intensified

Very interesting how you chose to do your series, Harry. I had no clue how to do this contest. I went back to it later and saw that he removed his original "rules" and so I just submitted "anything" hahaha.(bad decision!!) I am seeing only moon haiku here! And ones like yours dealing with sake. Congratulations!

Very cool series of haiku here, harry :D I really like how you've captured these moments, I think you did very well in doing so :) I am a bit naive though-- not sure what Noritake would refer to? Over here it is a brand of ceramics (although I had always thought it was Philippine based)...thank you for dropping by my poems with your encouraging words, and eep I am a girl btw :D no worries though. I confuse people with my name a lot of times ;) enjoy your day, harry :D
