haha, just read what you said about broccoli. I finally have found a way to eat that nasty stuff. I am putting it in my green smoothies each morning along with spinach leaves, cilantro, juice, protein powder and banana. you would never know broccoli was in there.

OMG, a green smoothie for breakfast! I might manage one at dinner though. How about lettuce, tomato, red onion and a bit of vinaigrette? I make what I call my "liquid lunch' of bananas, yogurt, protein powder and other highly secret ingredients, none of them green... Jack
