Haiku 89

the temperature rose
the skin cooking from heat
slow roasted lobster

prairie fields bone dry
the crops refusing to grow
from seeds to dust

I guess that was really unusual for Canada to have the heat that it had this summer. I am glad that the rains finally came and things cooled down. Good work. Sara
