fresh layer of snow on ground
seeking warm shelter

New snow hides old snow. If we think we've overcome the difficulties, new one will fall again. Each time it's repeated, we're getting better at finding shelters,aren't we?

Hello Darlene, lovely to meet you, too:) This haiku in response to being out in that cold and wanting warm shelter! The wind was fierce and sent the windchill way down. I discovered what I wore wasn't warm enough:(

Hello Carol, you have to dress warm for the winter weather.Where i live is raining now has been all day. The rain melted the snow. We had a green Christmas this year.Have a nice evening my friend.
