Haiku 61

winter sun
 shines on snow drift
 deep footprints
     ~~~
 freezing rain
 upon the sidewalk
 slippery slopes
     ~~~
 frozen ice
 upon the pond
 skating rink
     ~~~
I really can appreciate the first, although all three were delightful. "Deep footprints" is a wonderful separation pf tbe first 2 lines allowing one's imagination to dill the gap. Well done
