That's the one, and I live exactly in the middle of it. Texas has a panhandle too, but Oklahoma's looks more like a handle since the state as a whole looks like a frying pan.

I just couldn't not do it after reading her piece on "haiku rules," especially since I've encountered that myself recently. I've been trying to use this little piece somewhere, and she sort of gave me permission.

Great one Jack....I live in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma and love it.....I have travelled all over the US and wouldn't live anywhere else...
