Haiku 1-2-3 Or 3-2-1 Series

whippoorwill
trills a
song

larks
in trees
sing along

croaking frogs
join the
throng

then
crickets
chirp with ease

symphony
on the
breeze

This is brilliant Andrea. I never got past creating even one. It is almost 2am and I have been having so many problems with the ads blocking by view I can't read the poems. I hope they can fix it soon. I know this will be high on the winner's list! : )

that was so nice of you to say, Caren. I've always felt that what I lack in imaginative imagery i make up for with meter!

Stimulating work here. New type of short poem is good to see! The rhymes are clever. In Brooklyn - where I went for a reading last night - we devised the 9 1 1 poem. Peace & Love Matthew Anish
