Gwendalynn Honey
swirling mass of colors unknown
within it, life too small to comprehend
resting gently on her fingertip
whilst shining brightly in the sun
she exhales in joy
her breath tickles it so gently
her giggles ring through the air with an elegant echo
and she purses her lips, leaning forward
and kisses it
bursting apart
it splashes her fingertip
trickling down into the crevices of her tiny palm
this raindrop of beauty
innocence
life
