GUTS AND GRIT

America has at times used a lot of guts and grit, to make us able to live and feel okay.
Okay to speak, to have free speech, to live in an environment that we feel safe and can walk about.
Guts and grit, never quit, keep going and make us remember all of your tricks.
Guts and grit, to move forward, to have the knowledge to feel courage, to feel empathy, to have truth, to know not all wish us well.
Well to grow in a way, that we can pray and love our God, and to have our people feel happy as they can.
Well to grow in the land, like the sweet flowers do when they bloom.
Blooming and shining bright, we are like the flowers and everything bright, we want to shine and feel the warmth of the sun, making all of our moments feel special as we move along in life.
Guts and grit, to stand our ground, to have the knowledge that we have some that don’t wish us well.
Guts and grit, are our way, we have a history of making our way, we reflect on our history, and remember George Washington and all of his words that we can ponder through life.
We remember our patriots past and current and future, we wish them the guts and grit to reach for the stars.
We are forever learning and want to love, to learn, to grow and be all that makes us feel amazing each and everyday and way.
Lifting prayers to God, today and always.
