I don't necessarily think it controls behavior, but it does promote stricter standards for access. Provocative write nonetheless. Thanks for sharing.

Chris, Behavior also involves selling behavior as well as attitude towards handguns. Do you have any relatives in Brunswick County, NC? Inaction brings no satisfaction. Almost sounds like name of a poem. Jim Horn
