Gum

I am gum.
.
.
.
.
Chew all you want
I will never be digested
never yield.
.
.
.
.
stop trying. to understand. to digest.
.
.
.
.
you’re making me lose my flavor.

Ryan, welcome to the poetry soup.. and a big LOL~ to your first poem posted here. Now tell me how to get you oit of my hair. (JK) By the way, I can only stand gum for 2 minutes. Once it loses it's flavor I toss it out not swallow it. (okay maybe when i was little) I wonder how many piece of gums I have stuck on my stomach walls...lol.. never knew gum could not be digested.. a very interesting and fun poem.. Now go and post another poem* one poem is not enough. .. enjoyed your poem, take care~ ALWAYS ~ xox ~ LINDA
