Guilt

No other place so wretched Has ever seen the light Its treachery ever hidden By the darkness of the night A prison of forgotten promises A tomb of shattered dreams The silence ever broken By the sounds of hollow screams Death here has no meaning For we all just wait to die Beckoning, though we might It will only pass us by Trapped here in this prison Where no one will ever find My thoughts now hold me hostage Inside my infected mind Poisoned, by my trangressions And the broken trust I've built I suffer in this shameful place A place that I call Guilt

Guilt is like an anchor around your neck. Well scripted, Larry.
