Guardian Angel
You are like a guardian angel
Sent by God above.
You helped me realize
True peace and love.
I wish I could say
How much you mean to me.
Words alone can't say this,
But I know you can see.
The rainbow and the sunshine
That overcame the rain
Symbolize the ways
You've helped me through my pain.
I pray to God each day,
Thankful for all He's done,
Especially for sending you
To be such a caring one.
I know there are many,
More than I can name.
You're the first I recall
Looking past my doubts and shame.
Thank God for all His angels,
For no matter where I go,
You'll be right there with me,
Supporting me, I know.
