Guardian Angel
If we have a “Guardian Angel”,
as I’ve often heard, we do.
I wouldn’t hesitate to say
my friend, that mine, is you!
I consider you a treasure,
because, I know you really care.
You’ve showed me many, many times,
when I need you, you’ll be there!
You accept me as I am,
even when I stray!
You give me strength and guidance
and help me find the way!
We’ve had a lot of good times.
We’ve had some bad times too!
Whenever things got tough for me,
I could always count on you!
Yes, we formed a special bond,
since we met some time ago!
It started on that day we met
and time has made it grow!
I consider you my brother
for the strength and love you bring!
Since, you became my soulmate,
I can face most anything!
The Good Lord sure has blessed me,
by letting me know you!
In return, I hope and pray
that He has blessed you too!
Our friendships everlasting
and when this life is through,
if our bond remains unbroken,
I’ll spend eternity with you!
