Growing Nails
The nails on his fingers grew and grew
Without any nail clippers what could he do
I'm sure that if he studied the ends of his toes
Same thing would be happening there I suppose
All the ladies wondered how he got long nails
Most unusual they said particularly for males
These long nails were becoming a pest
Putting on gloves proved the ultimate test
A trip to the pharmacy then he would go
In the hope it would stop his nails to grow
Disaster though all clippers were brought
The man now anxious and a tad fraught
