Grief

Somber season in the wind; hearts once broken, now must mend. Floating softly, creeping passed; another season, it won't last. Sacred symbols glisten fine, falling gently in a line. Heated shadows of the day, moving lifeless, no delay. Daybreak looming, night moves fast. One way ticket, built to last. Flying, circling overhead; wings and feathers for the dead.
