Green Planet Denial

Make believe these times are not bad? Conform to the crushing ruin of our land? How can I see this, and not ask why? Freedom's loss deserves a hue and a cry! Alas, I have seen few poets respond to it. Lost in flowers, skies and fantasy, intoxicated by the very hum of it. As if we somehow think this serves humanity? That we believe in our poetic divinity? Living on Green Planet Denial! When unhappy, why, we just change the dial! As we become more Red, by the minute. Seduced by lies, that "free everything," has magic in it? Subjected to untruths that one group is better than another?? Straight out of a Karl Marx handbook,oh my, I do shudder!               3/1/2021                 ~2~

I mourn for the First Amendment. I mourn for the Second Amendment. I mourn for a country that use to lead but now use gives into to others that refuse to do their part.

You are amazing Madelyn! And so special. Only one person here gives a rip about the Constitution? YOU. We are going headlong into Communism.i can only carry the message. I think a second Auschwitz will happen here! Not only Jews, but Christians, conservatives. You already see there is no free speech. And the people think its just fine? So everyone hides. Better mourn for kids...no school and driven to ponder their sexuality. Mews flash...Babies at three months old are racists? That's about as true as this election was valid. Panagiota Source of title. "GREEN OUTSIDE, BUT RED INSIDE." Inspired quote from Congressmam Nune/ "We are to be afraid of global warming, but not the loss of all our liberties!" Pure insanity...PR
