Greatest Treasure

Love is like the rain that splashes to earth,
                                                just comes whenever but has great worth;
                                                to the ground it falls and runs to the brook,
                                                then it scrambles to the stream as a new look;
                                                the stream becomes a river so gallant and wide,
                                                then on to the ocean where the big ships ride;
                                                from the ocean it rises back to the skies,
                                                as it continues it's cycle it becomes our prize;
                                                just as love starts with a friendly handshake,
                                                in the beginning  the direction friends take;
                                                from friends it advances to being puppy love,
                                                after a while, it becomes all you can think of;
                                                then as the bodies mingle in romantic pleasure,
                                                your love becomes the worlds greatest treasure.
