Gravity

You're the gravity in my world
That keeps me anchored down
When my life spins out of control
You pull me to the ground.

Sometimes I get lost
And I can't find my way
Then you pull me in close
And tell me it's okay.

Your arms are like home
As you pull me in tight
You make me feel safe
With you I am alright.

This isn't always easy
Sometimes I make it hard
I need to feel truly safe
Before I let down my guard.

but if you keep holding me tight
I know we'll make it through
Everything is going to be alright
Because I know that I'll have you.

I thought I had found my rock. The funny thing is the person who inspired this is also who inspired Why didn't you. He broke my heart and never even realized it

That is so sweet, its nice to feel safe and secure, I can see this from a loved ones point of view and also a spiritual one as God is our gravity keeping us on solid ground making everything alright,
