Gratitude

Father God please bless this mission
where I now lay my head,
You know if not for this place, Lord
  I wouldn't even have a bed.

I know you brought me here, Lord
where I can be safe and warm
to learn about your love for me
and rest in your loving arms.

I thank-you for the blanket
that kept me warm last night.
I thank-you for these nice clean clothes,
  they even fit just right.

My jumbled mind can't comprehend
  your power, love and grace.
I know if not for you, Lord
I'd fall flat on my face.

Lord, I sure do thank-you
for all you do for me.
I know that I'm not worthy
but you died to set me free.

Hi Lary, Your worth to God is much more than you think. You have a talent Lary. Your message comes over in a lovely flowing rhyme. God Bless. Leon
