Granny's Sticker Patch

.
We all went to granny's house one day.
There was a ball field were we could play.
The boys asked granny if they could go.
Granny said yes but Teresa I don't know.
When the boys left I took off outside.
Ran into the sticker patch with out a place to hide.
I cried for my granny to come and get me.
Picked me up and said now listen to granny.

I am enjoying reading the very diverse poetry here this morning in my Soupland. Words pouring onto paper from poets souls. What a joy to be able to sit and read such wonderful poetry for awhile today. Have a very good day Teresa. Love, Carol
