Granny Kim

Her hands were hard and her wrinkles earned and with those hands your bottom she would burn Church all Sunday and Wednesday evenings too You better go or the devil would fear for you Granny was tough but she always did provide You never had hunger or cold with Granny by your side You mind your manners and never cursed Somehow there was always candy in Granny's purse She never worried but she always prayed Her greatest joy was when each grandchild was Saved Granny went to Heaven years ago I wished my children had her to know I think somehow they would have made her mild For Granny always had the heart of a young child.
