Grandpa

THE WORLD TURN ANOTHER DAY IS AT IT'S DAWN. MY HEART BREAKS FROM THE LOSS OF YOU. YOU CREPT AWAY IN THE DEAD OF NIGHT. I WAS BUT A CHILD BUT GRANDPA YOU WAS MY WORLD. AND NOW TODAY YOU ARE MY HERO. YOU PROTECTED ME . YOU WOULDN'T EVER LET ANYONE RAISE A HAND TO ME. YOU WAS SO STRONGE. BUT THE CANCER WAS STRONGER. YOU FOUGHT WITH EVERY BREATH. YOU TRIED TO BEAT IT. I WATCHED AS YOU WITHERED AWAY. EACH TIME YOU COUGHED . OR GASPED FOR A BREATH . I CRIED. A PEICE OF ME DIED WITH YOU THAT DAY. BUT I KNOW YOUR NOT FAR AWAY . YOUR IN MY MEMORIES. YOUR IN MY HEART . AND THERE YOU WILL STAY . TIL THE DAY I TAKE MY LAST BREATH TOO.

Deborah, I apoligize for my comments, and am glad that all is well. I too am a grandpa, and that is mostly all we want is to love and protect our children and grandchildren. I hope when the Lord calls me, I will be remembered as well as you remember yours, God Bless, Ron
