Grandest Larceny

With lightest hand
and heavy heart

My pen runs dry,
bereft and stark

That never given,
I’m doomed to steal

The grandest theft
—my words conceal

I like this one. I feel the emotion within your lines. Thanks for the visit to my page. I hope that you cupped your right hand and prayed. I need every prayer that I can get. Sara
