Grandchild of Mine

His eyes and heart fill with angst of growing old, going to pre-school
The thought of learning excites him so, he sharpens up his manners
Spills his chocolate soy milk and finger paints me a new brown house

Your grandson sounds adorable, Caryl. It's great that he is excited about learning. That desire tends to wear off as children get older. Such a cute poem! Wishing you success in Adeleke's contest. Love, Carolyn
