I’ve been waiting a long time for this day
to come,
The day you told me your gonna be a mom...
I was so happy as can be,
I was about to wonder,
‘Cause me friends had 2 or 3!
When you told me it’s gonna be a boy,
My heart was filled with joy...
Then the day came when he entered this
world,
The day I’ve been waiting a long time for...
I held him so tight and close to me,
I softly whispered,
I love you,
I’m your Grammy.
