Grace
Grace rains light across my soul
Glorifying the One who will console
The wonder of wonders, the abiding hope
The peace who fills me so I can cope
The kindness of pure, sweet love
Tenderness sent from heaven above
Grace pours out joy through my heart
Assuring that my beloved will never depart
He shines through the darkness with wonder
Sends silent breathes that sound like thunder
He presents faith that requires no explanation
Assures every heart that He lights up creation
Grace falls gently across the feelings, the emotions
Lingers on the will who listens to heavenly devotions
He whispers His will through moments so real
Laughing through the moments, feeling surreal
Coloring the dreams in rays of brilliant, lasting peace
Assuring the mind that in time, joy will increase
Chorus:
Grace erases the worry, the fears and the tears
Washes away the darkest burdens of all the years
Grace sings in hues of quiet breathes, dancing
Silencing even the glow of regret, enhancing
Grace relieves the sorrow, despair and grief
Speaks prayers of pure love, sending sure relief
