Goofy Was a Whiz
Goofy
Old Goofy surely knew the score,
Dumb and dumber maybe more,
Staggered about with Mickey Mouse,
Thought old Donald was a grouch.
But we loved a dummy sure.
Black Pete would give Goofy a slap,
The Beagle boys joined eyebrows at,
Mickey handled them bad chaps,
And Goofy walked with glory,
Goofy looked more like a dog,
And Pluto never looked agog,
Both were happy as a frog,
Dog to dog no fighting,
Shucks said Goofy at the fair,
“I plumb fergot to comb me hair,”
“Couldn’t find it anywhere” ,
Uncombed now is the fashion,
Dumber was an dumber is,
A funny guy, or dog it is.
With Goofy, everywhere.
