Goodbye To Grandpa
Father to my mother.
My heart hangs in your memory.
A world without you always seems unbearable and scary,
A dark abyss that seeks to smother.
I grieve but i shall weep no more.
You remain in my mind like a scar,
A grotesque relic that stains my conscience.
As you exit this domain i fare you well,
choosing to applaud a life well lived
