Goodbye Summer
it sure was fun.
Swimming with friends
and lying in the sun.
Goodbye Summer
have a good rest.
You sure deserve it
for you did your best.
Goodbye Summer
I'll see you soon.
I know you'll return
like the month of June.
Goodbye Summer
we've had a good year.
But you must go now
because Fall is here.
