Goodbye Max Goodbye

Today we lost a precious member of the clan
The beloved pet dog Max, who belonged to sister Jan
He’s left many memories, to remind us of the joy
That we all experienced with the darling doggie boy.

A tiny bundle of fur Max was, the first time we met
He grew loving and faithful, filling hearts with happiness
A run round the table the moment we stepped in the door 
Till we felt exhausted, yet doggie wanted more.

It is with deep sadness this day we say goodbye 
To our dearest darling, in angel arms may you fly.

Bj Legros Kelley March 3, 2025 at 10:29 PM Beryl, I'm so sorry for your loss. You have honored your sweet doggie boy with your precious tribute poem. It is so hard. We too lost our precious beloved dog, he passed on December 3rd. It was a truly heart-breaking loss and we're not over it yet. I have a memorial site on his little bed, with his toys and leash, collar and blanket. I know it hurts so much. From one grieving fur baby mama to you dear Beryl, I am lifting prayers of comfort for you and your family.
