Goodbye Love
Goodbye first kiss; into
Oblivion our last.
Oh, Romeo, could I ever let go of a lover's clasp?
Darkness is still, hovering limp.
Beyond eons of lost breaths, you live.
Yet you cannot respond.
Every hidden kiss is etched in eternity. Could I ever
Love another you?
Oh, Romeo, let nightfall swallow me, too.
Vehemently, we end with unrelinquished tragedy.
Every melting heartbeat hastens my fate.
