Goodbye
Shedding tears
crying to release the pain
It's not fair
ones we love to go too soon
Never are lovers promised to stay together
neither was a person promised forever
so many things we wish we could change
Through tears
trying to release the pain
heartache calls out for change
In isolation
trying to deal with the pain
as emotions overloads
tears released from their dam
for a person no longer here
it is so hard to let go
Memories race through your mind
It's so hard to let go
it's so hard to say goodbye
