Goodbye

Goodbye By Michelle Morris 09/07/2020 We never got to say goodbye; Too many memories, Too many miles. But I never forgot you - The feelings remained, To haunt the shadows Of my trauma and pain. I always loved you Despite it all; Forgave you countless Times and more. I accepted your limitations And swore I'd never become you, No matter the score. © Michelle Morris, 2020
