Be daring then to face the truth;
Keep faithful span that frames fine proof.
Be steady now when thing turn bad;
Keep calm somehow and deal with sad.
Be of good cheer when sorrow comes;
Keep faith right here to square harsh sums.
Be of sound mind to handle stress;
Keep poise most kind to clear life's mess.
Be light of heart to bear with pain;
Keep steady art and focus plain.
Be wise of sense to face all storms;
Keep charming tense to dare all forms.
Be who you are to breeze all cares;
Keep joy on par with wear and tear.
Be happy then as seasons change;
Keep up with trends that trade life's range.
Be on your way with heart that knows;
Keep conscious stay on mindful flow.
