Good Old Days

Good Old Days... Slowly and steadily wins the race So would my old folks say leaving a trace For you to feel the prowess of God's Grace Sometimes I wear this sad and awkward face Looking backwards at the good Old Days When all was real and love was embraced The world was far much a better place For all to live in peace with little or no stains. Take me back to the good old days When our anthem was sang in love and unity When all in unism will lift our banner and sway So proud of the land with vegetation and Purity Take me back to the good old days When all smiles on our faces was real and independent And not being accompanied by long- suffering always Those memorable days when all was wise and prudent. Take me back Home to the good old days... When family was all that we've got When envy has no room in our heart to stay When my battle was the battle you fought When a tear from your eyes would my attention catch And my shoulder will be strong for you to lean on The battle is won and our Joy has forever hatched there is much beauty here at home so let's feast on I know you remember the good old days That in every December the sky suffers much faze By fireworks we shot for the skies to cry out Was the story of life we have lived to talk about Come on Let's chill out with the good old days When we do crunch up for slimy things Fun filled the air, and the eyes goes squint My Smiles came alive just as I saw your face.
