Good Morning, Good Morning

Good morning, good morning

The early sun rises,
fresh dew on the ground
Shimmering droplets
the lawn can be found

Meadowlarks singing
their happiest tune
Bidding farewell
to a now setting moon

Butterflies flutter
so free on the air
Petal to petal
their beauty to share

Daffodils smile
as if now to say
Good morning, good morning,
please come greet the day
