Good Is Not Far Behind
If we look deep enough
then perhaps we will find
Wherever there is bad
good is not far behind
Hard work for example
let’s put that to the test
It wears us to the bone
but shows the value of rest
From difficult times
we can find opportunity
In sickness we learn
to give sympathy
Facing disasters we know
we can count on our brother
We find appreciation for life
after the death of another
So when you’re down
and cannot see the light
Remember that love and faith
will guide you through the night
