Good Health Is Life's Gift

Good health is life's gift
living well has real purpose
so to be top of your job
then you've plenty of surplus

Good health is life's gift
remember to say thank you
to be in good health is super
for it really feels brand new

Good health is life's gift
eat loads of fruit and veg
such variety so juicy
cutting one up with real edge

Good health is life's gift
stopping these fattened food
keep walking in fresh air
this does you so very good

Good health is life's gift
it's all such real pleasure
to spell one's health capital H
makes one feel it's all leisure

Sara Kendrick March 6, 2021 at 5:01 AM Definitely agree with this one. Somethings we cannot help because of inheritance but we can do the healthy part to help with all other health issues. God said that man should live 120 years then said 70 years but just think we all have the capacity to live 120 years. How much more we could do if we lived those extra years if we were in good health.
