Good Friday

They say this Friday is good,
Thanks but I'm not in the mood.

For how can a day be good
When there's someone who lacks some food.

And someone is still homeless,
And heartbroken and hopeless.

And someone is still lonely.
And someone lacks some money.

This bus is written "Happy Easter,"
And everyone is shouting "Easter weekend!"

Thanks, but I lost my sister,
On the very week I buried my friend.
