Gone But Not Forgotten

You thought that we didn't love you
 And that we didn't care
But if only you knew
That we would be living in this nightmare

So you decided to take your own life
How could you be so selfish
You were only thinking about your afterlife
Not about those you left behind feeling anguish

First, you tried with an overdose
 But you didn't succeed
Thank God it didn't leave you comatose
But we didn't know that you would proceed

Then you tried by cutting your wrist
So you would bleed to death
But you didn't realize you were an immortalist
And would have one more breath

Finally you succeeded with a bullet to the heart
 How could you do it
You thought you were being so smart
But to us you were being a hypocrite

What about those you left behind
Don't you care about our pain
How could you be so blind
Not to see that we would go insane

Our hearts will break
 Til we see you again
But there's no mistake
You may be gone but not forgotten
