Gone

Gone 
_______________________________
Days are passing by so fast,
it's almost been a year
I can't believe times have flown by
since you have not been here.


I watched as your birthday passed,
like every year before
but it was not quite the same
won't be the same anymore.

I still love you just as much,
Mom.I always will
and each day I get a little stronger
with the sadness, I sometimes feel.
