Gone
The only man I'll ever love
Is gone from my life
I know he didn't mean to
But he caused me so much strife
All I have are memories
Which in time will fade away
And now my life feels empty
All I see are shades of gray
The happy times we shared
Now seem so hard to find
I have to find a way
To get him out of my mind
The thing that hurts the worst
He didn't even say goodbye
He just closed the door and left
And drove out of my life
