Gone
Gone away,
Never to be seen,
Memories existing,
Only in dreams.
Lost and forgotten,
Bitter and morbid,
Hurting and confused,
Feeling distorted.
Love ceases,
Guidance lost,
Anxiety increases,
Blood was the cost.
Crimson wrists,
To match your crimson lips,
Fading away as the fluid drips.
Drop by drop,
Lips grow pale,
Make it stop!
Lose the veil.
Tear it off,
Take a breath,
Look around,
See what's next.
Staring down,
Smiling at the pool,
Life spilled on the ground,
Oh, such a fool!
You lost your soul,
Broke your heart,
And after paying the toll,
You were ripped apart.
Limb from limb,
You scream for him,
As the light goes dim,
You're left in your sin.
Alone forever,
Loving never,
All because,
You broke that tether.
That kept you bound,
Life and love,
Beautiful sounds,
All that was...
You gave it up,
For one quick spin,
Lost it all,
TO live in your sin...
