Gone!

Gone away
never coming back

Lost forever
won't be anymore

Holding on
just let go

Stay here
never letting go

What happened
Lost in the wind

Going away
done and over

Happy times
set in stone- not so much

Faith, love, and dreams are gone away no use in holding on to what is already lost!

ooooooo, i likey i likey, this is a great one very very effective last line. when i read this poem i think about all that i've been through and all that i've lost and then i get to the last line and i think well you are very very right, what can i do but shrug it off it's not the end of the world. great write brittany and it is very relatable! jo

It is actually a fact. I agree with you. What is lost can't be regain. So it is no use striving, wasting time

That closing line ses it all. Great power in this write Brittany. just has a certin flow to it but that closing line got me a perfect write
