Golden Rendezvous

Oh morning sun, you wake me with your smile
Uplifted by your golden rendezvous 
I glow in harmony as you beguile

In streams of light enlisted by your style
I bathe in brilliant warmth of your review
Oh morning sun, you wake me with your smile

I know that you are with me all the while
As shadow dancers marry me to you
I glow in harmony as you beguile

I look upon your radiant profile
I wonder as you splendidly break through
Oh morning sun, you wake me with your smile

At last to find the darkness in exile
To walk my path with energy anew
I glow in harmony as you beguile

I rouse from dazzling dreams to reconcile
To find you gazing , bidding night adieu
Oh morning sun, you wake me with your smile
I glow in harmony as you beguile
