Golden Gate

Golden gates embedded with crystal I found myself here wounded shot by a pistol. No pain I feel it seems surreal, Is this the end of my contracted deal. In front of the gates an angel appears, A blissful dream I'm rid of my fears. She says to me in a sweet softened way, Its not your time, on earth you must stay. This place is heaven why must I go, She guides me back through a little black door. One last thing she says to me, Find your destiny be the best you can be. Looking back the gates look bigger, Memories start flowing I remember that trigger. Through the door I can see myself laying, Around my bed family crying their praying. Golden gates I saw them so clear, Now I know death is nothing to fear. Awakened a chance like I've been reborn, I open my eyes outside it is dawn. Doctors and nurses rush to my bed, Tubes machines a bandage strapped to my head. A miracle they say that I'm still alive, Injuries too bad for anyone to survive. Just then I remember my unconscious dream, Overwhelmed by emotion tears start to stream. Lucky I feel to have been given that chance, Things become clear with ease they enhance. Weeks pass by I start to get well, This story I share to people I tell. Back home life returns back to normality, Understanding the power to change my reality. Giving up my world I start again from the beginning, Lifes not about material things nor is it about winning. Golden gates embedded with crystal, I'll never forget the day I was shot with a pistol.

It can be a bitter sweet moment for mister or misses Hyde during these traumatic severing twist in times whereas, his or her flesh faces it's curtain calls, forever, fading away....KLove *
